By using the AI Spreadsheet Pro Add-in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Add-in and you must discontinue use immediately.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Add-in is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Add-in (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.
By using the Add-in, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (3) you will not access the Add-in through automated or non-human means.
You may not access or use the Add-in for any purpose other than that for which we make the Add-in available. You may not use the Add-in to reverse engineer its backend API, spam requests, or violate rate limits intentionally.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Add-in at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Add-in.
